The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner namely Hirakjyoti Hazarika was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on Page No.# 2/2 03.09.2025 and in pursuance to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the investigation. 3. On the other hand, learned Addl. P.P. has produce the case diary of Sonapur P.S. Case No.130/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has also been recorded under Sections 180 of BNSS. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has cooperated with the investigation, the interim bail granted by order dated 03.09.2025 is hereby made absolute with the condition Nos. 1 & 2 attached in the said order remaining tagged. 5.
