Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are repeatedly calling to the Police Station, at the behest of respondent No.4. It is submitted that daughter of respondent

2 No.4 and son of the petitioners were married and a divorce application is pending between them. It is submitted that the daughter of respondent No.4 and son of the petitioners are residing in Canada. The petitioners have also been acquitted in the earlier criminal complaint filed by respondent No.4 and there are civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.4.
3. Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to respondent No.3 not to disturb the peace of the petitioners and not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioners and respondent No.4, without following due process of law.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. There shall be no order as to costs. Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
