GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: ORDER: The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate order, direction, writ, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in including the ineligible qualifications for the School Assistant (Hindi) and Language Pandit (Hindi) posts in Mega DSC Notification, 2025, dated 20.04.2025, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, contrary to NCTE Regulations, 2014, and dehors the settled principles of law and consequently, direct the respondents to remove the ineligible qualifications from the Mega DSC Notification, 2025 forthwith for the School Assistant (Hindi) and Language Pandit (Hindi) posts and pass….” 2 CGR, J. W.P.No.13092 of 2025 2. Heard Sri D.S. Siva Darshan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present petitioner only seeks to consider the plea of petitioner as espoused in the writ petition by treating the same as representation, which learned Government Pleader does not oppose to. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present writ petition at the admission stage directing the 2nd respondent to consider the plea/request made by the petitioner treating the averments made in the present writ petition itself as basis for the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks strictly in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No order as to costs.
