Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGA for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are willing to appear before the trial court to face trial. 3. The trial is pending vide case crime No. 0242 of 2023, under Sections 406, 504, 506 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioners may kindly be converted into summons so that they may appear before the trial court and in future, they will abide all orders of the Court. 4. Learned AGA is present. 5. In view thereof and since the petitioners are willing to face trial on merits, the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioners is hereby cancelled and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned trial court within fifteen days from today. 6.
