Also heard Mr. K.K. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Page No.# 2/2 appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Nazrul Islam, was granted interim anticipatory bail, by this Court, by order dated 27.09.2024, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in the meanwhile, charge sheet has already been laid bearing C.S. No. 289/2024 dated 31.10.2024. 4. In view of the laying of the charge sheet as well as in view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail grated to him, by order dated 27.09.2024 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos.
