Heard Sri Leelaraju M.N., learned counsel for petitioner and Sri H.V.Devaraju, learned counsel for respondents. 3. The apprehension of the petitioner is that, there would be disconnection of the electricity to the warehouse. 4. Sri H.V.Devaraju, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that what is issued is a notice seeking production of the documents with regard to the building and the electricity - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10752 WP No. 6491 of 2025 taken to that building. Even before the reply to the notice, the petitioner is before this Court. 5. In the light of the aforesaid submission, reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit his reply to the notice within 45 days from today, the petition stands disposed. 6. Till the reply is considered and the decision thereon is communicated to the petitioner, the electricity supply to the warehouse of the petitioner shall not be disconnected, subject to all necessities under the statute.
