The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.5258 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
