Learned AGA on instruction submits that the claim of the petitioner would be placed before the committee constituted for regularizing unauthorised occupation within a period of 3 months and the committee will also consider and pass an appropriate order within a period of three months thereafter. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10935 WP No. 6316 of 2025 3.
