.2025 (M. Zothankhuma, J) Heard Mrs. D. Borpujari, learned Legal Aid Counsel for the applicant, who submits that there is a delay of 6676 days in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment, by which the applicant has been convicted under Section 302 of the IPC.

2. The applicant’s counsel submits that it was only after the applicant was able to make use of the services of the Gauhati High Court Legal Services Committee that she was aware that she could file an appeal.
3. Ms. A. Begum, learned APP submits that she has got no objection to the delay being condoned.
4. In view of the reasons given by the applicant and the submission made by the learned APP, the delay of 6675 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
5. Registry to register the connected appeal and list the same in a week’s time.
