Public Prosecutor for the State and Mr. R. Mondal, learned counsel for the informant. Page No.# 2/3 By this application, the petitioner has prayed for pre arrest bail in connection with Goalpara P.S. Case No. 153/2025 registered under Section 69 of the BNS, 2023. The FIR dated 03.08.2025 lodged by the victim reveals that the petitioner and the victim fell in love with each other and thereafter, the petitioner used to pick her up and used to take her to various places and that the petitioner had established physical relationship with her at many times and that the petitioner had also introduced her to his parents but she stated that the petitioner, after the said actions, had not married her and that he had left her and cheated her. The petitioner vide order dated 02.09.2025 was enlarged on bail on the condition that he would appear before the Arresting Authority within 7 days from the date of the order. In pursuant to the said order, the petitioner appeared before the Arresting Authority within the time stipulated and had given his statement to the Investigating Officer who had recorded the same. As such, it is seen that the petitioner is cooperating with the investigation as was directed in the interim order dated 02.09.2025. In view of the same, this Court finds it fit that the order dated 02.09.2025 may be made absolute with the further direction that the petitioner would comply with the conditions therein.
