Instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents no. 2 & 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation in FIR No. 0120 of 2023 under Sections 420, 406, 504, 323 IPC, Police Station- Jayas District- Amethi, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition. 3. Learned AGA states that a counter affidavit has already been filed per which in paragraph 20 of the counter affidavit it has been stated that a final report dated 30.05.2023 has been submitted before the supervisory authority and thereafter filed before the learned Court on 08.05.2025. 4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue other remedies as may be available to her.
