Short counter affidavit filed today by the learned AGA is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA appearing for the State-respondents. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has raised a challenge to the FIR dated 30.05.2025 vide FIR/Case Crime No.0197 of 2025 under Sections 318(4) & 316(5) of B.N.S. registered at Police Station Mahmudabad, District Sitapur. 4. At the very outset, learned AGA states on the basis of averments made in paragraph-5 of the short counter affidavit that a chargesheet dated 08.10.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority. 5. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press this petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to him. 6.
