Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. 2. The present bail cancellation has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused on 26.08.2021. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that after the grant of bail, the accused are not co-operating with the trial. 4. Considering the submission of the Counsel for the applicant and the fact that substantial time has elapsed and there being no material to suggest any good ground to cancel the bail at this stage, the bail cancellation application is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to make earnest efforts conclude the trial expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
