Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned 2. Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that, the respondents are trying to interfere with the petitioner agricultural activities, over the subject land and are obstructing the petitioner in enjoying the same. 3. At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions submitted that in pursuance to representation dated 05.05.2025 made by the petitioner, a formally enquiry has been conducted, which reveals certain disputes between the petitioner and the un-official respondents. Therefore, they advised to seek redressal of the same by resorting to proper remedies. The official respondents have stated that they are neither interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the subject land nor obstructing the agricultural activities. 4. In view of the aforesaid submissions and having regard to the fact that the official respondents are not interfering with the petitioner 5. possession and enjoyment, the grievance of the petitioner stands addressed. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. \ 3 As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
