Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties to pay the revised pay scale and grade pay (pay band-1 Rs 5200-20200 and grade pay Rs 2000) to the petitioners in pursuance of Government Order dated 03.7.2013, in the interest of Justice." 3. It has been submitted that earlier vide letter dated 09.08.2017, the Director General Medical Education & Training had made aforesaid recommendation to the State Government where it is still pending consideration. 4. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representation before opposite party No. 1 i.e. Secretary, Department of Medical Education, U.P. Civil Secretariat, Lucknow or any other competent authority. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided in the light of recommendation dated 09.08.2017 in case the same is applicable Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Girish Kumar Pandey, Chandra Chood Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
