1. Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to take notice for the respondents. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
In this writ petition, petitioners have approached the respondent No.2 under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 in Appeal No. RA(YLK) NO.347/2024-25, praying to enter the names of the petitioner in the RTC in respect of the land in question. In this regard, learned counsel submitted that the aforesaid appeal is pending consideration before the respondent No.2 and the matter has been set down for pronouncement of the order, however, the same has not been done by the respondent No.2. - 4 -

In that view of the matter, without interfering with the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is directed to pass appropriate order in Appeal No. RA(YLK) NO.347/2024-25, at the earliest, within outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
