The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka Town P.S. Case No. 278/2021 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 175/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 409, 420 & 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka. 3. The petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have embezzled Rs. 1,42,20,590/- (Rupees One Crore Forty Two Lakhs Twenty Thousand and Five Hundred Ninety Only). 4. Bail application of the petitioner has been thrice rejected by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Report regarding the stage of trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that trial is likely to be concluded in the near future. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the trial is at fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
