While placing on record communication dated 11.7.2025, issued by the Authorized Officer of State Bank of India, Mr. Arvind Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank, states that bank has decided to withdraw notice issued to the petitioner under Section 13 (2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 (in short “Act”), as a result thereof,, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.

Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that bank has already withdrawn the notice issued
2 under the Act, as a result thereof, proceedings, if any, initiated pursuant to same, have been rendered infructuous.

Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. Needless to say, respondent-Bank before referring dispute to Committee shall issue notice to the petitioner. All pending applications shall stand disposed of accordingly.
