JUSTICE MRIDUL KUMAR KALITA ORDER Date : 05.05.2025 Heard Mr. B. Chowdhury, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M. P. Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner Page No.# 2/2 was granted interim anticipatory bail by order dated 22.10.2024 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. On the other hand, Ms. S. H. Bora, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent has submitted that the charge-sheet has been laid vide charge-sheet No. 91/2024 dated 31.08.2024 against the present petitioner. In view of laying of charge-sheet and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is extended for next three months or till the petitioner receive summons from the Trial Court and appear before the said Court and pray for regular bail whichever is earlier. With the above observation, this anticipatory bail application is accordingly, disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
