Anuj Kumar Sarkar who have filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with Tamulpur PS Case No. 112/2025 under Section 103/3(5) of the BNS. 2. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor, Mr. R. R. Kaushik is present for the State respondent. 3. Case Diary is received. 4. I have considered the submissions at the Bar with circumspection. 5. The allegation against the petitioners is that they set ablaze the victim girl who had love relationship with her own cousin. 6. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor has submitted that although the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this petition is filed on change of circumstances, no new grounds have been emphasized. 7. I have considered the submission relating to the change of circumstances. 8. It is submitted that the petitioner No. 1 is contemplating to proceed to Nepal for eye treatment but no document relating to any eye problem has been submitted along with the petition. Earlier, the bail petition of the petitioners was rejected and no change of circumstances appears to be stressed by the Page No.# 3/3 petitioners. 9. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. 10.
