HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - C No. - 11590 of 2025 Court No. - 3 HON'BLE SHEKHAR B. SARAF, J. HON'BLE MANJIVE SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Upon perusal of the documents, it is clear that the dispute involved is private in nature, wherein the petitioner is alleging that the private respondents being respondent Nos.6 to 8 are preventing the petitioner from constructing his house on the premises belonging to the petitioner. 3. In our view, since the matter is private in nature, the remedy of the petitioner lies in filing a civil suit and taking an injunction against the private respondents. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate civil suit before the trial court.
