Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Satbarwa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191, 126, 127, 115, 117, 118, 109(1) of the B.N.S.,2023 subsequently 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 was added, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. On 02.10.2024 at about 8:00 A.M., the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the parents of the informant, due to which, father of the informant succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that there is specific allegation against the co-accused namely Sakendra Uraon, Ravindra Bhuiyan and Pappu Bhuiyan. It was finally submitted that co-accused Punita Devi and Ravindra Uraon have been granted bail by this Court and co-accused Ranvir Bhuiyan @ Ranbir Bhuiyan has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the victim has spelt out his name under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. It was also submitted that petitioner is accused in another case of theft. In view of the fact and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Satbarwa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024.
