The grievance of petitioners is that respondents are not allowing the petitioners to attend the duties for no reason. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents, on instructions, submits that as of now, there are no proceedings as such against the petitioners and on their own volition, they are absenting to duties. 5. in view of aforesaid submissions, as of now there are no disciplinary proceedings or any other proceedings preventing the petitioners from attending duties, respondents are directed not to obstruct petitioners to discharge their duties. However, in case 3 HCGR,J W.P.No.l2995of2025 respondents intend to proceed against the petitioners, it is left open to follow due process of law. 6.
