Mr. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of pendency of another petition, CRP no. 93/2025 and an interlocutory application, I.A.[C.] no. 2130/2025, the petitioner does not want to pursue the instant writ petition and therefore, has sought liberty to withdraw this writ petition with a further liberty to approach again. Ms. Gayan, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 & 2 has submitted that she has no objection to the prayer so made.
