Heard Shri Surya Narayan Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. 2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought the issuance of a direction to the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Balrampur to decide Civil Suit No.579 of 2015 (Surya Bux Singh Vs. Chandra Bhan Singh @ Dharmendra Singh and Anr.) pending before him, expeditiously. 3. Keeping in view the nature of the relief sought and order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondents is hereby dispensed with. 4. The aforesaid suit was filed by the petitioner for cancellation of sale deed on 03.10.2015. By means of the said order dated 18.12.2021, amendment of plaint was allowed. Since 02.02.2022, the matter is being posted for filing of additional written statements and although, on 21.01.2025, the Court had granted the last opportunity for filing of additional written statements, on 19.02.2025, the Court again granted opportunity for filing of additional written statements. It is not clear from the order sheet, as to whether, any additional written submissions have been filed or not but the matter is now being posted for framing of additional issue for the past several dates. 5. In such circumstances, the petition stands disposed of by issuing a direction to the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Balrampur to proceed with Civil Suit No.579 of 2015 expeditiously, without granting Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Surya Narayan Mishra, Deepak Counsel for Respondent(s) : Surya Bux Singh .....Petitioner(s) Chandrabhan Singh @ Dharmendra Singh And Another .....Respondent(s) any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and conclude the same at the earliest by fixing dates at short intervals.
