2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ranchi Cyber P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 111(2) (ii), 317(2), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 66(B), 66(C) & 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi.

On 09.01.2025, at about 03:00 p.m., Cyber Police, Ranchi, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in a semi constructed house at Pathrol, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, five mobile phones are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anyone. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Niku Kumar has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 2112 of 2025
5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with Ranchi Cyber P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025.
