She further submitted that the disciplinary case against the petitioner had been finally disposed of on 11.01.2024 and the period of suspension from 15.03.2016 to 01.02.2018 was ordered to be treated as leave to which he is eligible and accordingly the said period had been regularized as per the proceedings dated 09.09.2024 and he was later appointed to special grade scale and placed on record the written instructions of the Deputy Registrar (Services) dated 04.04.2025 along with the copy of the proceedings of the Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP, Guntur dated 09.09.2024. 04. Hence, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
