The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tatisilway P.S. Case No. 34/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Sarthak Sharma, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi. 3. On 06.07.2024, uncle of the informant was abducted by unknown persons and thereafter he was murdered. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused Rajendra Mahto @ Manku Mahto, who has been granted bail by this Court earlier in B.A. No. 8433/2024. It was further submitted that several other co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Sarthak Sharma, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi or his successor in connection with Tatisilway P.S.
