Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed with the following prayer:- "To direct the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Ayodhya to decide the Crl. Case No. 293 of 2023 arising out of Charge Sheet No. 141 (01) of 2022 dated 19.06.2022 in pursuance of First Information Report No. 114 of 2022 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Taraun, District Ayodhya, expeditiously." 3. On 26.11.2025, following order was passed:- "1. List this case on 8.12.2025. 2. On the next date, applicant as well as respondent no.2 shall appear before this Court. 3. The S.H.O., Police Station Mahrua, District Ambedkar Nagar is directed to ensure the presence of respondent no.2, namely, Vimlesh Kumar s/o Heera Lal r/o Baramadpur, Mahrua, District - Ambedkar Nagar, before this Court." 4. In pursuance of aforesaid order, Sri Piyush Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. has placed written instructions dated 08.12.2025 duly signed by Mr. Yadvendra Sonkar, Station House Officer, Police Station- Mahrua, District- Ambedkar Nagar, which are taken on record. The aforesaid instructions reveal that husband of the applicant, namely, Vimlesh Kumar s/o Hiralal r/o Bramadpur Zariari, P.S.- Mahrua, Ambedkar Nagar is now residing at Balaji Nagar, Kutubpur Road, District Kaithal, Haryana, whose mobile number is 8708301615, and Vimlesh Kumar telephonically informed that he is residing at the aforesaid place from last 4 to 5 years and he has not received any notice. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. Case No. 293 of 2023, arising out of Charge Sheet No. 141 (01) of 2022 dated 19.06.2022 in pursuance of First Information Report No. 114 of 2022 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Taraun, District Ayodhya, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 8. In view of the aforesaid terms, the application U/s 483 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
