(Oral) Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that though vide order dated 10.4.2025, petitioner herein, who is working as Junior Engineer (Electrical) was ordered to be transferred from Electrical Division HPSEBL, Reckongpeo to Electrical Sub Division Tabo under Division, HPSEBL Kaza, District Lahaul and Spiti, as substitute of Sh. Mayurav Sharma J.E. (Electrical), but till date, he has not been relieved. 2. Having taken note of the aforesaid grouse of the petitioner, this Court in pre-lunch session, called upon Mr. Rahul Thakur, Advocate, appearing for the respondent-Electricity Board, to have instructions that why petitioner is not being relieved. 2 3. In post lunch session, above named counsel, has placed on record office order dated 30.6.2025, to state that petitioner herein has been relieved from Board duty with further direction to the report for duty in the office of Assistant Engineer Electrical Sub Division Tabo under electrical Division Kaza with immediate effect. 4. Consequently, in view of the aforesaid, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
