Present writ petition has been filed with the prayer that the opposite party no. 1 may be directed to consider and decide the statutory appeal pending since 19-07-2025 within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objection to the contentions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid innocuous prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the opposite party no. 1/Chairman, Bank Managing Committee, District Cooperative Bank Ltd. Barabanki, is directed to consider and decide the departmental appeal of the petitioner pending since 19-07-2025, within the period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, while affording opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, in accordance with law.
