Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to consider petitioner's transfer from the Community Health Centre (CHC), Saifai, district Etawah to district Ghaziabad on compassionate basis. 3. It is submitted that such a transfer is being sought due to ill health of petitioner's father and grandfather. 4. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director General, Medical & Health Services, U.P., Qaiserbagh, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 5.
