By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and direct the Respondent no. 1 to immediately ensure that Mr. Dharmesh Kumar Sahu vacate the quarter no. E-2/31, Officer Colony, Devendra Nagar, Raipur so that petitioner may take possession of the quarter, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, kindly grant suitable compensation to the petitioner for the financial loss and inconvenience he suffered for a long time in not getting possession of government quarter despite allotment order. 10.3 That any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper together with cost of the petition.” 3 2. Heard on I.A. No. 02/2025, which is an application for withdrawal of the petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. 4. No objection has been raised from other side. 5. In view of the above, I.A. No. 02/2025 for withdrawal of the petition is allowed. 6. In the result, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
