Case NO. 90/2025 (Corresponding to GR No. 297/2025,) registered under Section 109(1)/118(2)/117(2)/76 of BNS, 2023”, has been mentioned. 3. The said typographical error stands corrected and the case Number in Para 8 shall be read as “Moran P.S. Case No.52/2025”, under Section 108 of BNS, 2023. 4.
