3 The Court made the following order: It is the case of the petitioner that he is a permanent resident of Yadavalli Village, Racharla Mandal, Prakasam District. It is his further case that he is physically handicapped, having suffered with polio at tender age. It is further stated that, he was issued a household card vide card No.2805404154, during the year 2020, in which the name of the petitioner, his wife and two children were included. Since the petitioner is physically handicapped, he was granted a pension under physically handicapped quota vide sanction No.131373, by virtue of the same he has been receiving monthly pension from the Government. It is further case of the petitioner that the name of one

Smt.Kalyani was included in his household card, despite the fact that she is no way related to the petitioner’s family. It is further stated that the said Kalyani is a government employee, and treating the said individual as a family member of the petitioner. the petitioner was denied the said pension on the ground that the said Kalyani’s name is included in his household card. On coming to know about the same, the petitioner made a representation
4 dated 20.06.2022 to the 2'^'^ respondent, stating that he was denied pension on the ground that the third party’s name had been included in his household card. Thereafter, the 2"^ respondent, directed the 3'^^ respondent to enquire into the matter and submit a report, so as to take appropriate action. In pursuance thereof, the 3'^'^ respondent, after conducting an enquiry, submitted a report dated 26.06.2020 vide Rc.No.B/133/2020, stating that Smt.Kalyani does not belong to the petitioner’s family and that her name was inadvertently included in the household card of the petitioner. Through the said report, the 3 respondent requested the 2 respondent to take appropriate action in the matter, despite the same, no action has been taken by the 2"^ respondent. Questioning the said action. the present writ petition is filed. 3. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies would request this Court to pass appropriate orders by directing the respondents to take action as per report dated 26.07.2022, submitted by the 3'^'^ respondent. 4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the present writ petition is disposed of
5 directing the 2"^ respondent to pass appropriate orders by taking into consideration of the report dated 26.07.2022 submitted by the 3^^ respondent and communicate the same to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
