The prayer in this Writ Petition is to issue a direction to the Thasildar to enter the name of the petitioner on the basis of the sale deed under which the petitioner's father acquired the property. 2. It is also stated that thereafter the father of the petitioner passed away on 15.06.1993 and, therefore, the name of the petitioner will have to be entered. 3. In the light of the fact that the claim to have the name entered in the revenue records is on the basis of the sale deed and also the subsequent death of - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:14973 WP No. 6853 of 2025 the purchaser, it would be appropriate to direct the Thasildar to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months. 4. In the event, there is requirement of the Assistant Commissioner to make a necessary login to enable the mutation to be made, the Assistant Commissioner shall do so. 5.
