Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Devendra Mohan Shukla, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties and perused the records. 2. On the oral request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner he is permitted to implead the Joint Director of Education, 6th Circle, Lucknow as opposite party in the petition. The necessary amendments may be carried out by the learned counsel for the petitioner forthwith. 3. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioners have sought a writ of mandamus direction to the District Inspector of Schools to decide application dated 18.03.2025 for approval of new scheme of administrative of the college, a copy whereof has been annexed as Annexure No.08 to the petition. 4. The learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State has no objection to the aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioners. 5.
