Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to transfer from Sitapur to Fatehpur which is his home district in view of the fact that petitioner has less than two years to superannuate and would therefore be covered by paragraph - 5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025. 3. It is submitted that two posts of Head Assistant are currently vacant in district Fatehpur. 4. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical and Health Department U.P., Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow, - or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 5. With aforesaid direction(s), the petition is finally disposed of.
