Following prayers have been made in the writ petition: "A. to direct the respondents to calculate the interest on remaining amount mentioned in the notice dated 08.08.2024 in terms of M.C.L.R. + 1% interest in terms of 252 Board Meeting by the Avas Evam Vikas Parishad and respondents may be directed forthwith execute a sale deed in respect of Commercial plot no. 14/CP/103 situated in Sector 14, Sikandara Yojna, Agra. B. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the representation dated 16.01.2025 filed before the respondents authorities not to charge any panel interest, upon the due amount." 2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation dated 16.01.2025 may be directed to be decided by the respondent Parishad. 3. Sri Vivek Saran, learned counsel appearing for the Parishad has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 16.01.2025 within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith copy of the application/representation.
