ORDER:
This petition was originally filed as C.A.No.88 of 2017 in O.A.No.338 of 2017 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to summon the respondents and punish them for wilfully and deliberately violating orders of the Tribunal dated 15.02.2017 in
2 C.C(AT).No.57 of 2023 O.A.No.338 of 2017. After transfer of the case to this Court, it was re-numbered as C.C.(A.T.) No.57 of 2023.
02. Sri.S.Rizwan Ali, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter had been closed in the Tribunal.
03. The record shows that on 26.10.2017, the Tribunal closed the contempt application and discharged the contemnors from contempt.
04. Since the matter was already closed by A.P.A.T., no further
order is required. Under these circumstances, the contempt case is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
