S PRANATHI The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 4 in interfering with Civil Disputes in between the parties without 2 there being any crime in respect of Sy.Nos.153/1 and 4 of Akkarampalli (V), Tirupati (U), Chittoor District as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violation of Art.14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with civil disputes in between the parties without there being any crime in respect of Sy.Nos. 153/1 and 4 of Akkarampalli (V), Tirupati (U), Chittoor District forthwith.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri Srinivasulu Kurra, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
