Badri Narayan Agnihotri and 2 others in Special Appeal No. 375 of 2022 decided on 16,05.2022 as upheld by the Supreme Court. 3. Considering overall circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the matter is remitted back to the concerned respondent-2, Nagriya Nikayay Nihdeshalaya, Sector-7, Gomti Nagar, Extension, Lucknow to consider the claim of the petitioner afresh and will take note of abovenoted judgment and will pass reasoned order within a short period.
