Applicant-Accused has approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the impugned order dated 10.12.2019 passed by Sessions Judge, Sitapur in Criminal Case No. 80 of 2019, titled Pramod Kumar Mishra Vs. Avadhesh Pratap Singh @ Pankaj Singh and another, Police Station Kotwali, District Sitapur. No one has appeared on behalf of applicant. Learned A.G.A. is present. The complaint by complainant-opposite party no.2 was dismissed by Magistrate vide order dated 17.9.2018 under Section 203 Cr.P.C. and aggrieved against the said order, a revision petition was filed by complainant-opposite party no.2. The revision petition was decided vide order dated 10.12.2019 and the matter was remanded before the Magistrate for deciding it afresh after hearing the complainant. The said order passed by revisional court is under challenge in this application. Ever since filing of the petition, the same is pending at admission stage as even the notice has not been issued to the other side. Seemingly, the cause of action in the application does not survive any more. Thus, the application is dismissed. December 3, 2025 P.S.
