It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a demand was made to the extent of Rs.33,441/- relating to property tax, which according to the petitioner has already been remitted. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the fact that the petitioner had already remitted the property tax demanded, the property which according to the petitioner is a residential premises has been locked and sealed. 3.
