The present application u/s 528 of BNSS, has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 8.10.2024 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Varanasi, in Criminal Case No. 1831 of 2015 (State v. Manoj Bramhchari and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 221 of 2015, under Sections 147, 323, 506 of IPC, P.S. Lanka, District Varanasi, whereby the discharge application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
