Heard Shri Ravi Kant Pandey, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vinod Kumar Singh, the learned Counsel for the respondents. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged the recovery proceedings instituted by final recovery notice dated 19.12.2024 and has sought issuance of a direction to consider the petitioner's case for one time settlement. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that no one time settlement is invoked and, therefore, the petitioner's request for entering into the one time settlement cannot be considered. 4. In view of the above, there is no illegality in the recovery proceedings and, therefore, there is no good ground to interfere in the same. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed.
