Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and Mr. V. P. Nag, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3. By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs:- "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opp. Parties concerned to refund the illegally deducted amount of Rs 15,000/- per month from the salary of petitioner since March 2022 till Sep. 2024 amounting to Rs- 4.45000/- alongwith 18% interest from due date of its actual date of payment in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opp. Party No.2 to consider and decide the application of the petitioenr dated 31.10.2025 as contained in Annexure No.1 to this Writ Petition, in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2025 pending consideration; within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objection to the submission aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the respondent Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anand Kumar Singh, Divaker Man Singh Sengar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., V.P.
