Petitioners are residents of villages adjoining Ganga Expressway. They want access and exit to or from the said expressway in Loop Location Chainage 376+378 over Ganga Expressway. They rely on a report of S.D.M., Bangarmau, District-Hardoi submitted to District Magistrate, Unnao. However, Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel says that this issue was raised in the Vidhan Sabha and was considered by Yachika Samiti in its meeting dated 17.07.2025 wherein it was informed that access and exit sought by the petitioners at the place where it is being sought is impermissible and not possible on account of security and other reasons, however, learned Standing Counsel is unable to inform the Court as to whether there is any other way out or such access etc can be provided at any other location, if required. 3. We, therefore, permit the petitioners to approach opposite party no.5 raising their grievance who can get an inquiry conducted and take such decision as may be required and necessary as per law unless a decision has already been taken as asserted by Sri Abhineet Jaiswal, learned counsel for the opposite party in which case the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. If he is not competent to take such decision and some higher authority is competent then he shall forward the matter accordingly to the said higher authority which shall take a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anoop Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Sharad Tewari Satya Narain And 2 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Public Works Deptt. Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) decision. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioners. Let this exercise be completed within three weeks.
