In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 30.05.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry, affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and to all other persons who may be affected by such decision during the course of the inquiry. In the event of any issues pertaining to land disputes, the parties shall approach the competent civil court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
