The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sonaraithari P.S. Case No.26 of 2025, for the offence registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2) 352, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and the offences are bailable in nature except section 109(1) and 303(2) BNS, 2023. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that except, petitioner no.4, the petitioner nos.1,2 and 3 are having criminal antecedent and the allegations are further there of assault against the petitioner no.4. 5. Considering that the petitioner nos.1,2 and 3 are having criminal antecedent and the allegations are further there of assault against the petitioner no.4, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners anticipatory bail, and as such, their prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
